DESCRIPTION:
KIKI a rosé pet-nat. Made using the méthode ancestrale, It has nice fine bubbles and a great balance of appetising acidity and fruit flavours. I matured on lees deposit as I love the round texture and creaminess it brings to the final glasses. 
 
BOUQUET: 
Expressive blueberry hard candy and sherbert nose with warming white pepper and red fruits.
 
PALATE: 
Medium plus acidity balanced by ripe raspberries, blueberries and kiwi fruit.
 
SERVING SUGGESTION: 
Best served chilled in a narrow bowled white wine glass. This wine is easy to drink by itself but would also pair well with spicy food.
