DESCRIPTION:
VITA is a light bodied red wine that can be served a chilled or at room temperature. Made of free run juice only, I racked this wine after 36 hours of maceration. The additional time allowing the wine to pick up a lot more colour and change the fruit character from ripe red fruits to delicious black fruit. 
 
BOUQUET: 
Expressive dark cherry and blackberry.
 
PALATE: 
Light bodied and low in tannin, this wine has a  great concentration of dark fruit flavour with nicely balanced acidity and a slight fizz to keep it fresh and vibrant. 
 
SERVING SUGGESTION: 
Ideally served in a medium red wine glass like the burgundy style either lightly chilled or a room temperature. 
I love this wine with grilled meats, light pasta dishes.
