  • Prices include VAT and are shown on the purchase page.

  • Payment methods accepted: All major credit/debit cards, Alipay, PayPal.

  • Prices are set annually and are subject to change.

5. Order Process

Orders are completed through the following steps:

  1. Select items.

  2. Confirm selection and delivery address.

  3. Make payment.

  4. Receive order confirmation (online and via email).

There is no minimum order quantity or value.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We use specialist wine logistics partners for delivery.

  • We ship internationally to countries that allow the direct import of wine.

  • Shipping fees and any additional charges are shown on the order confirmation page.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for wine with verified faults, assessed by a laboratory chosen by us.

  • No other returns or refunds are allowed, except as provided by EU law.

  • Cancellation requests that comply with EU law can be made by contacting contact@shuette.com.

 

8. User Accounts

  • Users can create accounts with their name, address, email, and password.

  • Accounts exist until deleted by the user or as required by EU law.

  • Account creation is confirmed by an automated email.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, text, and logos, is owned by Château Shuette SAS. Unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

  • Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge but variations due to aging should be expected.

  • Availability of products is subject to change, and if unavailable, a refund will be offered.
