DESCRIPTION:
SINTA was made by destemming Merlot grapes and allowing the weight of the whole berries to crush themselves and macerate for 24 hours before racking creating this light red claret style wine.
BOUQUET:
This wine has aromas of ripe strawberries.
PALATE:
Ripe and juicy strawberries, kiwi fruit and cranberries.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Best served lightly chilled in a narrow bowled white wine glass. This wine is easy to drink by itself but would also pair well with grilled meats, mediterranean food and spicy dishes.
