Strawberry aromas open into ripe strawberry, kiwi and cranberry flavours. Gentle extraction keeps the palate focused on bright fruit rather than heavy tannins.

Merlot. Keep it fresh.

Serve chilled at 6–8 °C in a white wine glass, with grilled meat, Mediterranean food or spicy dishes.

02 / In the cellar

Free-run juice.
A lighter touch.

Destemmed Merlot berries were allowed to crush under their own weight, then macerated for 24 hours. The free-run juice was gravity-racked without pressing. Fermentation was spontaneous with indigenous yeast.

The wine matured for seven months in stainless steel, with three rackings for clarification. No sulphites were added and the wine was not filtered.

Château Shuette is a working farm in Saint-Loubès, beside the Dordogne. Old vines, deep clay, mineral schist and decades of organic farming shape the estate.

The farm is a living system: vineyard, fruit trees, market garden and wildlife, all sharing the same land.

Delivery and mixed orders

Delivery starts at €10 for one to five bottles and is free from six. Mixed wines count together. Prices shown include French VAT; destination VAT is recalculated at checkout. Non-EU import VAT, excise duty, customs charges and carrier handling fees are payable by the recipient.
