Ripe stone fruit, dried apple, honey and hay introduce a medium-plus-bodied palate. Apricot, grapefruit and kiwi meet round acidity, fine tannins and a lingering spicy finish.

Orange wine. At the table.

Serve chilled in a white wine glass with rich fish dishes, spicy salads or cheese.

02 / In the cellar

Two grapes.
Two approaches.

Sauvignon Blanc was direct-pressed. Destemmed Sémillon spent four days macerating on its skins, bringing fine structure to the blend. Fermentation was spontaneous with indigenous yeast.

The two wines were combined and aged in stainless steel for 11 months. Racking clarified the wine before cellulose filtration.

Château Shuette is a working farm in Saint-Loubès, beside the Dordogne. Old vines, deep clay, mineral schist and decades of organic farming shape the estate.

The farm is a living system: vineyard, fruit trees, market garden and wildlife, all sharing the same land.

Delivery and mixed orders

Delivery starts at €10 for one to five bottles and is free from six. Mixed wines count together. Prices shown include French VAT; destination VAT is recalculated at checkout. Non-EU import VAT, excise duty, customs charges and carrier handling fees are payable by the recipient.
