01 / In the glass

Red fruit.
Fresh bubbles.

  • Raspberry
  • Cranberry
  • White pepper
  • Salinity

Bright cranberry and raspberry flavours meet a rich mouthfeel and appetising acidity. White pepper, lees character and a saline finish give the wine depth without losing its freshness.

Rosé pét-nat. Made to share.

Serve at 6–8 °C in a white wine glass. Enjoy on its own, with charcuterie or alongside roast chicken.

02 / In the cellar

One fermentation.
Natural bubbles.

The hand-harvested grapes were destemmed and macerated for 24 hours. Free-run juice was gravity-racked without pressing, then fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeast.

Kiki spent two months in stainless steel before bottling using the méthode ancestrale. It aged on bottle lees for nine months before being disgorged by hand. No sulphites were added and the wine was not filtered.

04 / A wine from a place

Bordeaux.
Without the clichés.

Château Shuette is a working farm in Saint-Loubès, beside the Dordogne. Old vines, deep clay, mineral schist and decades of organic farming shape the estate.

The farm is a living system: vineyard, fruit trees, market garden and wildlife, all sharing the same land.
